Reverend Skip Sweeney is an ordained non-denominational minister.  Since his ordination in 1992, Reverend Sweeney has officiated at weddings throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts and in several other states.

Wedding ceremonies and civil unions can be performed almost anywhere, from your backyard to a mansion in Newport.  Rhode Island offers many unique locations, including beaches, lighthouses, country clubs, yacht clubs and forest glens.

Also popular are marriage vow renewal and commitment ceremonies.

Every wedding, civil union, renewal or commitment ceremony is unique, designed with the participants so that it will be a memorable event for them and for their guests.  Some weddings have very religious overtones, while some include religious aspects but are more secular.  The ceremonies reflect the participants, the most important people attending.  No two ceremonies have ever been the same.

A perfect choice for interfaith weddings.

Make it a day to remember!

HISTORY

Reverend Skip Sweeney is a graduate of Holy Cross College in Worcester, Massachusetts.  Ordained in 1992, Reverend Sweeney has worked with couples throughout Rhode Island, as well as several other states, to design memorable wedding ceremonies.  For those not knowing where to begin, after a brief interview, a suggested ceremony can be created and offered.  Often, this leads to suggestions or ideas from the bride and groom and, before long, a customized ceremony is completed.  For those who know exactly what they want, Reverend Sweeney can take what they have and polish it into the shining gem they imagined.

Either way, a unique, customized ceremony is created, one which the newlyweds and all of their guests will long remember.
